Junior Talent Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Talent Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior assistant or coordinator looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will support the management of high-level creative clients while gradually taking on more direct responsibility for client care, deal support, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

​

  • Support senior managers in representing writers, directors, designers, and other creatives across theatre and film

  • Assist in the coordination of client projects, communications, and scheduling

  • Help prepare deal memos, contract summaries, and correspondence

  • Liaise with clients, producers, lawyers, and other industry professionals in a professional and timely manner

  • Track contract processes and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met

  • Maintain accurate records of client work, income, and key documents

  • Track billing and royalty income, raising and reconciling invoices as necessary

  • Conduct research on upcoming projects, industry trends, and potential opportunities

  • Gradually begin to manage select clients or projects with oversight and support

 

What We’re Looking For

​

  • Previous experience as a talent assistant, coordinator, agent’s assistant, or similar role within theatre, film, or entertainment

  • Strong interest in creative careers and the business side of the arts

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal

  • Discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment in handling sensitive information

  • Confidence using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; experience with cloud filing systems and databases

  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

  • A passion for theatre is essential
