We are looking for an exceptional Talent Manager to join our team. You'll represent and support top-tier writers, directors, designers, and other creative professionals across theatre and film. This is a key client-facing role suited to someone who is a skilled communicator, confident negotiator, and passionate about creative excellence.

Key Responsibilities
​

Serve as the main point of contact for creative clients, offering day-to-day support and long-term career strategy

Negotiate and manage deals across theatre and film, including rights, licensing, commission, and financing agreements (with support)

Build and maintain strong relationships with producers, creatives, lawyers, and industry stakeholders around the world

Work closely with clients on project development and creative opportunities

Oversee contracts and ensure compliance with financial terms, liaising with accountants and legal advisors as needed

Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and emerging talent
What We’re Looking For

Experience in talent management, literary representation, or business affairs—ideally in theatre

In-depth knowledge of entertainment contracts, deal structures, and IP rights

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

A track record of attracting and retaining high-level clients

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with precision and calm

A high degree of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

A sense of humour and resilience under pressure

Strong digital skills: confident using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and online tools

Experience with accountancy software is a plus

A genuine commitment to theatre and the creative industries
